POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the voice of TaxSlayer, helping customers navigate their tax filing experience with confidence and ease. This is a temporary, work-from-home opportunity during our peak season.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
* Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary
* Maintain accurate customer records in the support system
* Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs
* Meet performance goals for response time, satisfaction, and quality
* Stay informed about TaxSlayer products and services
* Follow company policies, including privacy and data protection
* Maintain a quiet, professional home workspace

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
