Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct investigative field staff and other direct reports to develop and maintain a highly motivated, quality-focused investigative team capable of completing investigations of insurance claims for various coverages, including worker's compensation, general liability, property and casualty, disability, life, and health care.
- Maintain a positive performance-oriented business unit that meets productivity and quality standards through effective training, performance management, monitoring of workloads, and assignment of resources. Prepare and communicate performance evaluations and development plans as needed and maintain appropriate personnel file documentation for all assigned staff.
