Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Staff AI Development Engineer to join a high-energy team driving AI transformation across our product platform. This role will be involved throughout the entire software development lifecycle, designing and building AI-powered capabilities that enable engineering teams to develop, deploy, and operate agentic AI applications at scale.
The role spans the full stack, including agent orchestration, backend services, APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure. You will leverage technologies such as Python, Java, LangGraph, and modern AI frameworks to build scalable, production-grade solutions. Success in this role requires strong technical leadership, excellent engineering fundamentals, and the ability to identify and mitigate risks before deployment.
The ideal candidate brings deep full-stack expertise, a proven track record of technical leadership and mentorship, and practical experience building and operating agentic AI solutions in production environments.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated full-stack ownership and delivery of scalable, production-grade applications.
- Proven experience designing, building, and operating agentic AI applications in production, including LLM-powered and agent-based solutions serving real users and workloads.
