As a
Strategy & Business Operations Associate
at AcuityMD, you’ll be a trusted partner to teams across the company, translating strategy into execution and driving impact on our most critical priorities. You’ll help solve complex business challenges, build the data infrastructure that powers business insights, and identify whitespace opportunities for growth.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to take ownership early. You’ll join a collaborative, analytical, and execution-oriented team that is deeply trusted by leadership and cross-functional partners.

Business Operations exists to connect strategy to execution, building the systems and insights that enable AcuityMD to scale quickly and sustainably

We work directly with the leadership team across four pillars:

- Company Strategy:
Market sizing, strategic planning, and long-term vision
- Planning & Alignment:
Annual and quarterly planning, leadership alignment, board preparation
- Business Data & Insights:
Metric alignment, performance analysis, internal tooling
- Execution:
New function incubation, high-priority cross-functional projects, risk mitigation
