About this role

For our client, we are seeking a Strategic Planning, Senior Manager - CAI Inventory Solutions (Inside Operations) to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space.


This role will lead strategic planning and operational analysis efforts that shape the client experience and support scalable execution across inside operations. The position is responsible for translating strategy into practical processes and policies, building roadmaps that drive operational goals, and partnering closely with Product and Technology teams. The work will require strong cross-functional leadership and sound business judgment to influence performance across multi-site operations in a transportation environment.


Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available


Compensation: $122,600 – $204,400 annually


Responsibilities

• Perform strategic planning and analysis to shape client experience
• Translate strategy into actionable processes and policies
• Develop and deliver a sequenced roadmap to achieve operational goals
• Own workstreams within strategic initiatives with comprehensive analysis
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to deliver scalable capabilities
• Develop business cases and operational analyses tied to business performance
• Engage cross-functional colleagues and business leaders on strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline plus 8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent alternatives
• 8+ years in management consulting, business process design, operations leadership, or strategic planning
• Strong understanding of auction operations including sale day and client support
• Proven experience in client experience or front office operations
• Demonstrated ability to execute strategy across multi-site operations
