Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive、detail-oriented and reliable Staff Accountant to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the company’s full-cycle accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial processes. The ideal candidate will maintain precise financial records, prepare regular reports, support audits, and ensure the integrity of our accounting systems. This position plays a key role in safeguarding financial accuracy, supporting decision-making, and contributing to the company’s overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the company’s full-cycle accounting, ensuring all transactions are processed in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.

2. Reconcile company bank accounts with bank statements and prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports.

3. Perform reconciliation between the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.

4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the company.

5. Support internal and external audits by providing required data, original vouchers, and documentation.

6. Prepare reports and relevant documentation for annual corporate income tax reconciliation and assist with the filing process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Possesses relevant industry experience in tea beverages, coffee, supply chain, retail, or chain store operations preferred.
• Prefer 2-3 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in financial modeling, reporting tools, and ERP systems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
