The role is onsite daily in West LA.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Close Process & Reporting:
Support and improve the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Reconciliations & Account Oversight:
Perform and review reconciliations across key accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
- Financial Statement Preparation:
Assist in preparing GAAP-compliant financial statements and supporting schedules, maintaining the integrity and reliability of financial data.
- Financial Analysis & Business Support:
Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor spend, analyze trends, and provide insights that support business decision-making.
- Procurement & Expense Management:
Support purchasing and payment processes, ensuring appropriate controls, accurate recordkeeping, and timely processing of transactions.
- Audit & Compliance Support:
Assist with audit preparation, internal controls, and compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to financial and regulatory standards.
- Process Improvement & Systems:
Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging systems and tools to enhance reporting, automation, and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with accounting, finance, and operational teams to support reporting, analysis, and ongoing business initiatives.
