A Brief Overview
The
Sr. Talent Acquisition Project Manager
is responsible for optimizing Talent Acquisition systems and processes, leading TA operations projects, and driving early career recruitment strategies and execution. This role requires a deep understanding of TA methodologies, the ability to lead complex projects, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. This role contributes to the organization by ensuring efficient and effective TA operations, enhancing team capabilities, strengthening early career recruitment strategies, and driving continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
What You Will Do
- Plan and lead large, complex Talent Acquisition (TA) projects that require extensive cross-functional and external vendor collaboration. Work closely with TA leaders and associates to ensure seamless project execution and adoption. Delegate tasks effectively to project support team members, develop and coordinate communications to support project goals, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead the optimization of TA systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Continuously evaluate and improve TA workflows, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of TA technologies, including Paradox, HireLogic and myInterview/Radancy, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization by partnering cross functionally with HRIS, IT, and Legal.
