The Senior Sales Manager - Luxury & Corporate is responsible for driving revenue within the business transient and luxury leisure segments. This role manages key corporate negotiated and luxury consortia accounts while collaborating with Revenue and Marketing to optimize ADR, RevPAR, and overall market share. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, analytical, and proactive in identifying new business opportunities within the New York City market.
Qualifications
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing the Luxury Consortia market in New York City
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing Luxury Leisure and/or Corporate Negotiated accounts
- Experiencerelationships within luxury travel networks including but not limited to:
- American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts
- Virtuoso
- Signature Travel
- Chase The Edit
- Internova
- Strong understanding of the RFP process, transient sales cycles, and NYC market trends
- Experience utilizing business intelligence tools such as Agency360, Demand360, STR, and Lanyon
- Proven ability to grow account production and drive revenue performance
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
