Responsibilities
Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for Construction Management of a high rise design build project.


Responsibilities:
 Lead overall project management of a design-build project to ensure successful completion and


delivery in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.


 Work closely with the construction contractor to develop efficient and cost-effective plans for


project implementation.


 Administer agreements, monitor contract performance, and review project schedules, payments,


and budget projections.


 Maintain proper reporting and records management covering contracts, drawings,


correspondence, progress reports, as well as oversight of permits and regulatory compliance


requirements.
