Sr. Project Manager
to support a leading corporation in energy solutions. This position is a
remote position
, with willingness to be at project site as things arrive, in Chicago, Illinois. This is a direct – hire opportunity to join our Construction Operations team in support of the design, construction, and successful implementation of Commercial-Industrial, renewable, and efficiency projects.


The Sr. Project manager will own 1 large project managing HVAC & Mechanical services and small projects supporting universities and stadiums in Chicago.


Responsibilities Of Senior Project Manager

• Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, and codes.
• Lead project implementation of site safety and health plans, operations and maintenance manuals, and training activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to assure competitive cost, best schedule and delivery for all project-related equipment, supply installations, and construction services.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality control and project delivery on time and within budget, while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Provide ongoing project status updates with all parties throughout design and construction.

Qualifications Of Senior Project Manager

• 7 + years of electrical, mechanical, central plant, engineering, or industrial power construction senior-level project management experience that focuses on facility infrastructure construction, renovations, and energy services.
• Extensive background in renewable energy construction, demonstrating progressive responsibility and leadership in directing construction teams and managing resources across complex, largescale, and multi-location projects.
