Senior Product Manager (Senior Consultant, Business & Product Delivery)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to define and deliver product strategy for a complex, workflow-driven adjudication platform in a regulated, greenfield environment. You will own the product vision, translate policy and operational rules into clear product behavior, and partner across engineering, operations, policy, and legal to ship a system that is accurate, efficient, and compliant.

This is a hands-on senior role for someone who is energized by ambiguity, fluent in regulated domains, and ready to build something from the ground up. You will be the connective layer that keeps strategy, delivery, and stakeholders aligned as the product takes shape.

At Fearless, this Senior Consultant role requires versatility, leadership, and collaboration across teams and stakeholders to maximize value delivery and adoption. The role ensures alignment of product strategy with client goals, facilitates agile ceremonies and continuous improvement, and provides critical business and functional analysis to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions. This role will possess the skills to be able to span the domains of product management, scrum leadership, and business analyst at an advanced application level of proficiency . This Consultant role will work on projects that allow them to support agile software development teams and client organizations.
