Lead Cloud Software Engineer

The Role

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of cloud software solutions
• Support agile software design and development for products integrated into large-scale compute clusters
• Perform requirements analysis, software design, development, installation, integration, testing, and maintenance
• Provide guidance and direction to junior programmer/analysts
• Evaluate project needs, determine tasks, create/execute test cases, and review designs for accuracy

What You'll Need

• 8+ years of experience in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis and troubleshooting
• Strong experience with Java programming, especially for distributed systems with networking and multi-threading
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Ansible and Puppet
• Expertise in Continuous Integration, Deployment, Testing, and Monitoring practices
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
• Experience with UNIX/Linux environments and at least one scripting language (Python, Ruby, Perl)
