As a Senior Manager of Product Specialists at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of 6 people covering UK, IE and Nordics. You will guide business growth, meet revenue targets, and ensure customer satisfaction through the expansion of rapid NGS solutions into Oncology, Reproductive Health and custom solutions. Working in a collaborative matrix environment, you will partner with sales, marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to implement commercial strategies and develop market opportunities.

Your leadership will be essential in developing and retaining talent, creating a culture of excellence, and ensuring your team delivers exceptional customer value. You will use data-driven insights to enhance sales processes, maintain robust forecasting, and adapt strategies to meet evolving market demands.
