Purpose of Job:

The Sr. Manager, Operations Finance provides financial leadership, strategic direction, and functional oversight for Company-Owned Operations to ensure financial commitments are achieved and profitable growth is sustained. This role is accountable for the overall financial performance, planning, forecasting, and analytical rigor of the function, translating financial results and business trends into actionable insights and recommendations for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and Operations Leadership.

Job Components:

Financial Leadership and Business Partnership

Own and be accountable for the financial performance of Company-Owned Operations, representing approximately $1B+ in revenue and $200M in gross profit.

• Establish financial priorities and provide strategic direction to Operations Leadership to drive profitable revenue growth and achievement of financial commitments.
• Evaluate and communicate key drivers of revenue performance, providing guidance and recommendations on opportunities to improve growth, profitability, and operational performance.
• Direct the partnership with Revenue Management and Operations Leadership to ensure pricing strategies support profitability and remain market relevant.
• Oversee the analysis of gross profit drivers, including volume, rate, and mix, ensuring insights translate into actionable business recommendations.
