We’re looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to support strategic Salesforce initiatives within a commercial transformation program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering across business and technology teams to shape future-state processes, strengthen requirements, and help deliver scalable solutions in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis efforts for Salesforce-focused initiatives, including requirements gathering, process improvement, and solution definition.
- Assess current-state and future-state workflows to help align business capabilities across teams and systems.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, and delivery teams to support alignment and informed decision-making.
- Contribute to Salesforce CRM consolidation, integration planning, data migration, reporting, and analytics work.
- Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and business reviews to keep workstreams moving forward.
- Support testing, solution validation, deployment readiness, and adoption activities to help ensure successful delivery.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and change impacts across multiple workstreams and help drive resolution.
- Apply Agile and business analysis best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise applications or transformation programs.
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience, ideally with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud.
- Strong background in requirements management, process design, backlog management, and Agile delivery.
