We are seeking an experienced Sr. Financial Management Business Analyst to join our healthcare consulting practice. The role is fully remote within the US, with infrequent travel. Supports the Program Manager in leading all IT Financial Management activities, ensuring accurate Spend Plan Management, IAA oversight, financial data reporting, and multi-year budget support aligned with FPAC's complex shared-cost model.

What you'll do

• Oversees financial planning, IAA execution, redistribution of funds, and multi-FY spend planning
• Produces Monthly Statistical Reports, KPI reports, audits, and operational metrics
• Ensures timely updates to the BOB Financial Database and related reporting
• Coordinates with Budget, Working Capital Fund processes, and cost performance tracking

• 5+ years federal IT financial management experience
