Sr. Corporate Operations Manager

About this role

The Sr. Corporate Operations Manager owns execution of MD Ally's G&A operations end to end, acting as the operational partner to leadership across six areas: accounting and finance operations (managing our outsourced accounting firm, tax filings, and audit support), vendor and contract management (intake, contract and BAA review, invoicing, and renewals), people operations (full-cycle HR, benefits, payroll, and policy), business management (insurance, business tax, mail, and registered agent administration), compliance program management (HIPAA/SOC 2 tracking and Compliance Committee support), and audit and special-project management (the financial statement audit, the SOC 2 audit, and workers' compensation). The role also carries an automation-first mandate — building workflows and tools that cut manual work and scale with the company — and flexes into whatever cross-functional need is highest priority in a given week, rather than staying in a fixed lane.
