Accountabilities
- Create compelling content across all stages of the buyer journey—from top-of-funnel education to bottom-of-funnel decision support
- Produce high-impact assets including ebooks, reports, guides, whitepapers, checklists, cheat sheets, calculators, case studies, videos, blogs, and industry insights
- Partner with demand gen to tailor content for integrated campaigns, ABM programs, paid channels, and nurture flows
- Translate complex identity and authentication concepts into clear, digestible content that resonates with technical audiences
- Work closely with product marketing, developer relations, and SMEs to ensure accuracy and clarity without losing technical depth
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation—from outlines to draft production to optimization, and experiment with AI-driven formats
- Own website SEO strategy, conduct keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices into content planning and execution
- Maintain a strategic editorial calendar aligned to ICPs, verticals, campaign needs, and product priorities
- Manage workflows with designers, writers, contractors, and SMEs as needed
- Partner with revenue operations to develop reporting and dashboards for content attribution and performance
