We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help drive HealthEquity Marketplace, a managed affiliate platform designed to help our members get more health and healthcare per dollar through our affiliated partner brands.

This role gathers business information and molds it into actionable decisions across Marketplace. You interpret business and merchant needs and translate them into detailed requirements, configuration changes, and process improvements. You work closely with Product, Engineering, and Merchant Partners to keep the platform running and releasing well.

This role sits within the Product organization.

What you will be doing

- Requirements and stakeholder engagement
- Engage business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. Gather requirements and acceptance criteria for top Marketplace opportunities, and maintain continual communication and stakeholder management.
- Participate in Scrum cadence meetings to support the team's delivery and ensure designed solutions track to acceptance criteria.
- Document solutions to enable training, process development, and service delivery.
- Define and track success measurements for initiatives you support.
- Configuration and operations
- Manage configuration and content across Marketplace commerce surfaces. This includes merchant, program, and personalization content, along with supporting configuration of feature rollout and personalization tooling used across Marketplace.
- Support operational and market release readiness activities.
- Troubleshoot potential system and process issues, and identify and document deficiencies with recommended solutions.
