Responsibilities:

• Design and follow test processes and procedures to ensure software operates within defined requirements
• Develop, execute, and maintain manual test cases and test plans
• Perform routine manual testing to validate software functionality, usability, and reliability
• Identify, document, and investigate issues found during testing
• Clearly report defects and support troubleshooting efforts through detailed documentation
• Collaborate with software quality analysts, developers, and team members to support issue resolution
• Participate in test case reviews and validation activities to ensure coverage and accuracy
• Assist with regression testing and validation of fixes
• Follow established QA standards, tools, and methodologies
