JOB OVERVIEW

The Software Engineer will play a key role in designing, building and scaling foreUP’s platform with a strong emphasis on AI-Driven capabilities and intelligent product experiences. This position involves collaborating with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally and at all levels of the organization. The position requires a highly driven, organized, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

This role requires deep expertise in both front end and back-end technologies, as well as the ability to leverage, integrate, and build AI-powered solutions that enhance product functionality, automation, and user experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across both front-end and back-end systems
• Build and integrate AI-powered features (e.g., intelligent automation, recommendations, predictive functionality, or conversational interfaces) into core products
• Take ideas from concept to production in an iterative, highly releasable manner
• Translate design documents and product requirements into high-quality, maintainable code
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, and other engineering teams
• Refactor and modernize legacy systems, incorporating scalable and open standards
• Write, maintain, and improve unit and feature tests, including AI-assisted testing approaches
