We are looking for a Mobile engineer to help Compass build a platform that makes the home buying or selling experience delightful. This is an exciting time for Compass as we continue expanding the end-to-end platform that will power real estate. We are looking for developers in the early stages of their engineering career who are enthusiastic about solving technical problems, learning about new and existing Mobile technologies, and honing their skills as an engineer in the AI-driven era of technology. You should have a strong sense of ownership for your work, with a passion for learning and sharing your knowledge with others.

• This role requires in-office presence in New York City 4 days per week.
• Candidates must be available to begin full time no later than June, 2026 and interview locally in our New York office.

At Compass, You Will:

• Work with Senior Engineers to build, develop, and scale the variety of features that power our Mobile apps.
• Utilize AI-driven development tools and practices.
• Operate in a scalable engineering culture that leverages modern principles of decoupled systems and automated CI/CD/testing/monitoring to drive efficiencies.
• Work closely with Product, Design, and adjacent Engineering teams to deliver business critical features to our customers.
