About The Role
We’re looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join a high-functioning engineering group on our Financials product. In this role, you’ll be collaborating with other engineering managers/leaders to set product vision, align strategy with business goals, and empower the team to deliver solutions that delight our higher education customers. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and executive leadership to bring innovative SaaS products to life.


The ideal candidate is both an empathetic leader and a strategic thinker — someone who can inspire teams, foster collaboration, and ensure execution that drives measurable impact. This role is perfect for someone who understands that the highest quality software is delivered by teams backed by leaders who prioritize people as humans and who aren’t afraid of tackling human problems in addition to technical problems.
