About this role
Description
At Realtor.com®, we help people discover and create their perfect home. We bring together real estate data, consumer experiences and technology to support people throughout their home journey.
Realtor.com is building a Customer Data Platform on Twilio Segment so we can recognize consumers across web, apps, email and push and give each person an experience that fits where they are in their home search. It’s heading to production now, and we need engineers to help build and run it.

You’ll start alongside a senior engineer and our vendor, then help bring the platform in-house with data engineering, Identity & Authentication, Web Platform, Mobile, Notifications and MarTech.
Top Reasons to Apply:
- Help build a new platform with real executive sponsorship.
- Work on a system that sits at the meeting point of identity, data and the consumer experience on one of the largest real estate sites in the U.S.
- Grow quickly with senior engineers on work that spans backend, front end and data
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain an Apollo Federation v2 subgraph that serves profile traits, audiences and personalization decisions to web, CMS and native clients, using our schema conventions, resilience patterns (timeouts, circuit breakers, kill switches, flags) and router-provided identity so a CDP failure neve...
