As a Software Engineer, you will build and ship reliable software that helps make healthcare accessible to patients across the country. Working within a TypeScript-based platform, you will develop well-tested features and fixes across web, mobile, and backend systems. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers, Product, and QA to turn well-scoped requirements into maintainable solutions. The role emphasizes strong engineering fundamentals, consistent delivery, thoughtful communication, and continuous learning. Your work will directly support telehealth services used by patients and clinicians, including those in rural and underserved communities. This is a remote U.S. opportunity for a mid-level engineer who wants to grow toward greater technical ownership while contributing to meaningful healthcare technology.

### Accountabilities:

• Build and ship well-tested features and bug fixes across a TypeScript monorepo using technologies such as React, React Native, Node/Lambda, tRPC, and Redux-Saga.
• Write clear, maintainable code and meaningful automated tests for assigned work.
• Debug issues in existing systems and escalate architectural questions to technical leads or senior engineers when appropriate.
• Collaborate with technical leads to break tickets into clear, actionable implementation steps and deliver work reliably.
• Keep work-in-progress visible and up to date in team tracking tools.
• Partner with Product and QA to understand requirements, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
• Ask clarifying questions and surface blockers or ambiguity early to prevent avoidable issues.
• Document technical work clearly through tickets, pull requests, Confluence, and other appropriate tools.
