The Role

• Lead the design and delivery of complex features using Ruby on Rails and TypeScript.

• Architect scalable solutions on AWS to support a rapidly expanding global user base.

• Drive engineering excellence through TDD, Unit Testing, CI/CD, and collaborative Pair Programming.

• Collaborate closely with product teams to translate high-level requirements into high-performance code.

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while maintaining a heavy hands-on contribution to the codebase.

What You'll Need

• Deep expertise in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails and React.

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and the modern JavaScript ecosystem.

• Proven experience architecting and deploying applications within AWS environments.

• A passion for software craftsmanship, clean code, and robust testing practices.

• Previous exposure to AI, ML, or autonomous vehicle technology is highly desirable.
