About The Role
As a Senior Embedded Real-Time Software Developer/Integrator within Raytheon’s Effectors Center, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, testing, and integrating embedded software solutions for next-generation autonomous avionics systems. This position is based onsite in Tucson, AZ, and requires working closely with cross-disciplinary teams including product owners, chief engineers, and management to ensure that software components meet stringent performance, safety, and reliability standards. Your expertise will contribute to the development of firmware and hardware solutions that support complex missile, radar, naval, and other defense systems. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects that directly support national security objectives, utilizing agile methodologies to deliver innovative and dependable software solutions.


Qualifications
