About The Role
The Software Engineer at ComTec Solutions plays a critical role in the development, customization, and optimization of the Epicor ERP Application. This position involves translating complex software requirements into functional programming code, maintaining existing programs, and developing new solutions to enhance business processes. The ideal candidate will utilize their technical expertise to support the Enterprise Systems Group, ensuring seamless integration and performance of ERP systems. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, providing technical support, and delivering training to end users.


Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a related Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with at least four years of experience in Microsoft .NET programming. Prior experience with Epicor applications is a plus. Proficiency in C# and VB.NET at an intermediate to advanced level is required. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server or Progress Databases at an intermediate level, along with basic knowledge of Crystal Reports and Microsoft SSRS Reporting.
