Role Overview
We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients building an AI-native workforce management platform designed to replace spreadsheet-driven operations with real-time dashboards and agentic workflows.
This engineer will own core product delivery end-to-end — including platform foundations, integrations, analytics surfaces, and pilot launch execution.
What You’ll Build
- AI-native workforce management platform (core entities, workflows, permissions, multi-tenant foundations)
- Omni-tool integration layer (connectors to common tools, event ingestion, sync pipelines, action execution)
- Real-time analytics dashboards (live metrics, drill-down capabilities, exports)
- MCP-compatible agentic integration architecture (tool registry, permissions model, runtime layer, observability)
- Pilot launch support with hands-on technical execution — shipping, debugging, and iterating with real users
Responsibilities
- Ship production-grade features across backend and frontend
- Design and implement a scalable integrations framework
- Build responsive, real-time analytics experiences
- Architect an agentic tool-use layer compatible with MCP-style patterns
- Establish strong engineering hygiene: testing, observability, and launch readiness
- Iterate quickly and pragmatically in a fast-moving environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong, practical software engineering skills with the ability to ship end-to-end
- Experience building SaaS products with robust APIs, data models, and production constraints
- Deep experience with integrations (OAuth2, webhooks, API pagination, rate limiting, sync semantics)
- AI-native workflow mindset — effective use of AI coding tools while maintaining strong architectural judgment
- Familiarity with MCP-style tool interfaces and/o...
