What You'll Do
- Develop and execute test strategies for data pipelines, integrations, machine learning models, and rules-based applications.
- Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software and data quality.
- Perform automation, system, integration, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
- Validate data accuracy, integrity, and performance across applications and platforms.
- Create and maintain test environments and test data sets.
- Document testing results, communicate risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Data Engineers, DevOps, Product Owners, and Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, automation frameworks, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Automation testing experience
- Python programming
- SQL and relational database expertise
- Experience designing and executing test plans and test strategies
- Data quality, system testing, integration testing, and UI testing experience
- GitHub and GitHub Actions
- AWS or other major cloud platforms
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Data Warehouses and Data Lakes
