Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media and Marketing Manager who thrives on storytelling, social media, and results. You’ll manage 3–5 client accounts, developing creative campaigns, managing social media channels, supporting event marketing, and collaborating across our creative, web, and automation teams to deliver exceptional work.

Responsibilities

Client + Campaign Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for 3–5 Social Media or Marketing clients, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and results are consistently met.
• Plan and execute annual marketing calendars with creative campaigns and measurable goals.
• Partner with Reach’s leadership and creative teams to brainstorm fresh ideas that tell stories and drive engagement.
• Manage event marketing campaigns from pre-event promotion through on-site coverage and post-event reporting.

Social Media + Content

• Plan, write, and schedule content for Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok across assigned clients.
• Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging while tailoring content to each platform.
• Collaborate with the design and video teams to develop graphics, reels, and social-first assets.
• Manage community engagement—replying to comments, DMs, and fostering connections.
• Monitor trends and identify creative opportunities for clients to join relevant conversations.
