full-time Social Media Manager & Content Creator
to lead and execute our digital presence. This dynamic role combines creative content creation with strategic social media management, directly contributing to brand growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation
: Produce engaging short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok, including talking videos, UGC-style clips, and tour experiences.
- Social Media Management
: Execute daily posting schedules, staying up-to-date with trends and platform changes.
- Brand Representation
: Be the on-camera face of Naru Zanzibar, authentically conveying our brand message to viewers.
- Collaboration
: Work closely with the operations team to capture real-time content from tours, transfers, and experiences.
- Trend Execution
: Monitor social media trends and adapt content to increase engagement and bookings.
- Content Strategy
: Develop and maintain content calendars, collaborating on campaigns for new launches, partnerships, and promotions.

Requirements

- Must be based in Zanzibar or willing to relocate.
- Very comfortable being on camera and engaging with audiences through video.
- Strong proficiency in
Instagram & TikTok

- Proven experience creating content in travel, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors (preferred).
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with a clear and confident on-camera presence.
