Social Media Manager

About this role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can build, manage, and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate understands content strategy, audience engagement, platform trends, and performance analytics, and can translate business goals into impactful social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and grow accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create content calendars and coordinate content production.
• Write engaging captions, posts, and campaign copy.
• Monitor trends, conversations, and emerging opportunities.
• Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages.
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to launch campaigns.
• Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships when required.
• Optimize content based on analytics and audience insights.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of content marketing, branding, and digital advertising.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running paid social campaigns.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Experience with video content, reels, and short-form storytelling.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
