• Analyse performance metrics to optimise content effectiveness and increase audience engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Manage online reputation by addressing feedback and fostering positive community interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media management and digital marketing tools.
• Coordinate with external agencies or influencers where appropriate to expand reach.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices in online communication.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is desirable.
