Through impactful projects in three customized assignments - including an eight-month international placement - you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders.

This role supports a critical transformation initiative within Wind Power manufacturing, focusing on operational innovation, digitalization, automation, and strategic project work to enhance competitiveness and modernize global production systems.

• Lead innovation initiatives in digitalization and automation to transform Wind Power manufacturing, improving safety, quality, output, and cost efficiency across global operations.
• Translate complex factory insights into strategic recommendations that shape long‑term technology roadmaps and influence senior leadership decisions.
• Drive key elements of the transformation program by analyzing market and technology trends and supporting cross-functional PMO activities to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
