Are you our new SEO Specialist?
About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and data-driven SEO Specialist to join our E-commerce & Digital team at Fornebu. In this role, you will help drive Norwegian's digital growth by developing and executing initiatives within SEO, GEO and AEO, strengthening our performance in both traditional search and emerging AI-driven search environments.
You will play a key role in driving organic growth through high-quality content and data-driven analysis. This is a hands-on role focused on execution and continuous optimization, where you will ensure that our content is understood, surfaced, and recommended by search engines, while also contributing to the technical health of Norwegian.com. Working closely with developers, UX, content teams, and product owners, you will help embed SEO best practices across digital projects and shape our site for the future of search.
This role reports to our SEO Manager and suits someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, technology, UX and content strategy — and wants to contribute to Norwegian's ongoing digital development.
Key responsibilities:
SEO execution & optimization
Implement and execute SEO initiatives to increase organic visibility, engagement, and traffic, contributing to revenue growth.
Optimize on-page elements including metadata, headings, internal linking, structured data and content quality.
Conduct keyword research and content gap analyses to identify new growth opportunities.
