We're looking for n8n's first UX Researcher, a strategic partner for teams across the company who's excited to build our research practice while tackling the big questions that shape our product's future.

Your main goal will be to establish n8n's research function and lead strategic work, turning user understanding into a core driver of decisions across the company.

To do so, you will build scalable recruitment systems, conduct high-impact research, spread research insights across the organization, and help teams do better research through education and hands-on support. You'll balance thoroughness with speed...
