What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee the W87 High Accuracy Separation Package (HASP) and Advanced Targets (AT) avionics portfolios, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project success and innovation
• Manage project requirements and prepare results for programmatic reviews for stakeholders
• Guide and mentor team members, fostering an environment of open communication and collaboration
• Lead root cause corrective actions and facilitate reviews to ensure product quality and reliability

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field; advanced degree preferred
• 5 or more years of technical experience in inertial sensor subsystems and avionics
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in engineering and technology development
• Familiarity with earned value management and project management tools (e.g., P6 Primavera, Jira, Microsoft Project)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
