About The Role
We’re looking for a
Senior UX/UI Designer
to join Zenitech’s established, multi-country design team. Your first engagement will be with a US-based healthcare navigation provider currently undergoing a significant digital transformation, including the introduction of AI capabilities into its platform. This work focuses on improving how members access and understand healthcare services through well-structured digital experiences.


The work is collaborative and insight-driven. You’ll partner with researchers, content designers, a design system specialist, and several engineering squads to shape clear, reliable user journeys across digital products.


While this role begins with a defined product focus, Zenitech operates a consultancy model, so designers regularly contribute across different clients and domains over time. This role also includes a People Lead responsibility for the Lithuanian design team, supporting the development of up to 8 designers through mentorship, career guidance, and performance conversations. This sits alongside your individual contributor responsibilities and includes additional compensation.
