Our leading Shopify Platinum Partner agency is seeking a commercially minded and highly creative Senior UX/UI Designer to join its UK-based team of ambitious and highly skilled ecommerce specialists.
The agency works with internationally recognised brands to deliver high-performing ecommerce experiences that combine exceptional design, strong conversion performance, and best-in-class customer experience. You’ll have a strong understanding of ecommerce design and user experience, with the ability to create engaging, effective digital experiences across a brand’s online presence. Experience in brand design and visual identity development would also be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating user personas, customer journeys, site maps, wireframes, and prototypes to shape intuitive user experiences
- Designing ecommerce websites for a diverse range of brands across sectors including fashion, technology, and FMCG
- Supporting the creation and evolution of brand identities
- Identifying opportunities to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion performance
- Collaborating closely with clients, project managers, developers, and strategists throughout the project lifecycle
- Presenting design concepts and rationale clearly and confidently
Experience/Skills
- 4+ years’ experience in ecommerce or digital design
- Strong understanding of Shopify and ecommerce best practices
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality ecommerce and front-end design work
- Excellent eye for typography, layout, colour, and visual storytelling
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
