Senior UX Researcher

The Senior UX Researcher is expected to have mastered many methods and be great at writing actionable reports. In this role, you are also responsible for leading projects and managing resources on these projects, building relationships with clients, and seeking new ones (being more involved in sales). Below is a list of primary responsibilities for this position. Additional responsibilities may include those that typically fall under the roles of UX Associate, UX Researcher, UX Specialist, or on an as-needed basis. The employee must be able to exercise discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance to KLI. Those areas are outlined below.

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during the interview process, the candidate's range and depth of experience, business and market financials, and internal pay parity.

May be required to occasionally work irregular hours, nights, and weekends as required by project needs.

As a Senior UX Researcher, you are expected to:

• Master research methods and be great at writing actionable reports
• Lead projects with minimal oversight
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and seek new ones (being more involved in sales)
• Create/Co-Create Case Studies after each project
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance to KLI, including but not limited to:

- Identifying and selecting 3rd party vendors
- Identifying and selecting participants
