The Role

Pizza Hut® is looking for a customer obsessed Sr. User Experience Designer who is passionate about their craft and helping the Pizza Hut® System of restaurants deliver the very best pizza to the communities in which they serve. Supporting our technology and product teams, UXD contributes to this goal by designing customer-centered experiences across global products including PizzaHut.com, the Pizza Hut® mobile app, and in-house solutions that help our franchise partners succeed. It’s a fast-paced environment where decisions are data-focused, collaborative, and iterative. The organization deeply values design, research, and analytics.

Senior UX Designers typically:

- Leads the design strategy and execution on their product team, with guidance and coaching from UX and product leadership
- Helps define the design work that delivers business outcomes for their product teams
- Consults with the product owners, technology partners, and research to help inform product strategy that cultivates value
- Contributes to the culture of our UXD and product teams

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 5+ years of UX or related experience is preferred
• A degree in a related field such as interactive design, visual communications, graphic design, or human factors is preferred
