Position Summary:
As the Senior UX Designer, Marketing, you will set and maintain design standards for all web user experiences across IMG Academy and its products. You will own the creation, evolution, and enforcement of unified UX, UI, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence across all platforms.

You will work closely with the engineering team to translate designs into scalable, high-performance experiences, leveraging Figma, AI-assisted design tools, and emerging technologies to optimize workflows.
