About the role

*The Technical Project Manager role is focused on leading the end-to-end delivery of technology projects that support critical insurance business functions.*

This role sits within FormativGroup’s technology delivery practice and supports projects tied to Policy, Claims, Underwriting, Billing, and related insurance operations.

As Technical Project Manager, you will own project planning, execution, stakeholder communication, delivery tracking, and risk management across complex technology initiatives.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, vendors, and leadership to define requirements, manage delivery plans, coordinate releases, and ensure projects meet quality, security, compliance, and regulatory expectations.

What You'll Work On

*As Technical Project Manager, you will:*

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects supporting insurance business functions such as Policy, Claims, Underwriting, and Billing.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and vendors to define requirements and project plans.

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and track project progress using Jira or similar tools.

• Coordinate application integrations, system upgrades, and production releases.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
