*Roles & Responsibilities*

1. Work closely with Program Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Associate Project

Managers to execute multiple projects concurrently for customers.


2. Understand business objectives, define project scope, and create project plans with clear

timelines, milestones, and deliverables.


3. Monitor and report on all aspects of the project, including project health, progress, risks,

dependencies, and deliverables.


4. Identify deviations from the project plan and take timely corrective actions to ensure

successful delivery.


5. Regularly lead internal and customer-facing meetings to maintain project momentum and

ensure stakeholder alignment.


6. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies and develop mitigation plans.


7. Manage project governance structures and ensure adherence to project management best

practices.


8. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across functions and geographies to

execute project activities seamlessly.


9. Manage projects involving enterprise customers across multiple countries or regions and

coordinate with distributed delivery teams.


10. Understand complex technical issues, work with relevant technical teams to develop

resolution plans, and track issues through closure.


11. Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations throughout the

project lifecycle.
