The Senior Product Manager owns the product strategy, roadmap, and successful delivery of features for Emma’s customer care platform, which leverages the Sprinklr technology stack. This role bridges business strategy, user experience, and technology, ensuring the platform evolves to meet critical business outcomes, enhance customer service efficiency, and drive strategic advantage.

### What you'll do:

• **Product Strategy & Vision:** Define and clearly articulate the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for key product areas within the customer care platform.
• **Stakeholder Leadership:** Serve as the primary product owner, collaborating closely with business leaders, Customer Excellence, and Engineering teams to prioritize features and technical debt.
• **Market & User Research:** Conduct in-depth analysis of user needs, business requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
