Here’s how you’ll make an impact in this role:
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for key positions across the Americas.
- Act as a consultative advisor, bringing strong market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions.
- Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines through strong direct sourcing and research capabilities.
- Partner with business leaders and People Partners to drive workforce planning and talent strategy.
- Analyze recruitment data to inform stakeholders and improve decision making.
- Collaborate in local employer branding activities to strengthen Mölnlycke’s image and talent attraction in the region.
- Ensure high-quality candidate and stakeholder experiences throughout all recruitment touchpoints.
