The Opportunity

Our Talent Acquisition (TA) function is critical to our success, as it enables us to attract and hire the right talent that drives our business forward. In this end-to-end recruitment role, you will proactively manage the recruitment process, working closely with Commercial and Customer Experience leadership teams to attract and hire the best candidates to scale our customer-facing and analytical capabilities.

Please note this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract

What You Will Do

• **Full-Cycle Recruitment:** Lead and execute the entire end-to-end recruitment process for key roles within our Commercial and Customer Experience functions, with a dedicated focus on scaling our Account Management, Customer Success, and Customer-Facing Analyst teams.
• **Advanced Sourcing & Pipeline Building:** Deploy creative sourcing strategies to reach the best client-facing and analytical talent in the market. Actively build, nurture, and maintain sustainable talent pipelines of high-caliber commercial professionals for immediate and future scaling needs.
