We’re looking for a highly skilled senior recruiter. This fast paced position is on a fun, capable and very effective team. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate excellent recruiting techniques and innovative ideas to lead to overall success of the business.

• Position located in Jacksonville, FL or Norfolk, VA. Remote options on East Coast considered.

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with other recruiters, hiring teams and business leaders to develop and implement recruiting strategies
• Identify and contact passive candidates
• Utilize the existing ATS and CRM systems as well as external databases
• Craft and send engaging and appealing recruiting communications to potential candidates
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Promote our employer brand
• Partner effectively with HR teammates when working compensation, compliance, onboarding, and other processes.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of six (6) years of recruiting experience or equivalent experience.
